Reporting to the Head of HR Germany & Nordics, you'll be the essential connection between our business needs and our employees' success in Bureau Veritas Denmark. In collaboration with a dedicated local HR team with one other HR Business Partner, one HR Administrator and a Pay Roll Specialist you provide outstanding support throughout the employee lifecycle and during key annual HR initiatives. What We're Looking For We seek an HR Business Partner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset who thrives both independently and collaboratively. You should excel at seeing the bigger picture, synthesizing diverse perspectives, and working effectively across cultures. Essential Qualifications: 5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience in an international environment In-depth knowledge of Danish labour law Strong experience in recruitment and assessment A good understading of driving the yearly HR processes Positive mindset with a results-driven approach Can-do attitude and ownership mentality Fluent in Danish and English Key Competencies: Versatility & critical thinking - You're open to diverse HR responsibilities while remaining constructively critical; you identify improvements and voice suggestions Quality & detail orientation - You maintain high standards in everything you do, with strong work ethic and attention to detail Accountability - You take full ownership of tasks and see them through from conception to completion Strategic thinking - You see beyond individual tasks and understand how HR decisions impact the broader business Why Join Us At Bureau Veritas, we believe in making each other better.
