We are looking for a structured profile with strong collaboration skills to join our Warehouse and Transport department. You will be responsible for managing internal transport operations on-site, ensuring a smooth material flow between production and warehouse areas. In this role, you will manage approximately 25-30 blue-collar transport workers, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and the timely delivery of materials to support production and shipping schedules. Working closely with the Warehouse & Transport Manager and other Group Leads, you will ensure that internal transport processes meet operational standards and KPIs. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe work environment while optimizing transport You will work on the day shift, following a production schedule based on a 3-1-3-7 rotation of 12-hour shifts. This involves working Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 07:00 to 19:40, followed by Sunday off, then working Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 07:00 to 19:40, followed by a full week off. Responsibilities Ensure safety in all internal transport activities Oversee and coordinate on-site material movement between production and warehouse areas Allocate resources and manage workflows according to transport requirements Ensure employees are trained in accordance with the transport training and development program Implement and sustain 5S principles in your area Ensure the correct use of transport planning systems Motivate and lead your team to reach operational goals Qualifications Proficient communication skills in Danish and English (written and spoken) Demonstrated experience overseeing on-site internal transport operations Ability to motivate and coach your team toward agreed KPIs Understanding of safety and quality processes, including reporting Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a matrix organization Solid development and improvement skills to identify and implement new processes Attention to detail while maintaining an overview of operations Ability to respond effectively to planned changes, with an innovative and receptive approach Competences Effective and able to thrive in a changing organization People- and process-oriented, with a structured working style Comfortable working across different cultures Solid experience in transport or logistics management within a manufacturing environment Knowledge of and experience with 5S principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office What We Offer An exciting and complex role in a global renewable energy company, with opportunities for both professional and personal growth.
