We’re looking for Senior Software Engineers who enjoy working with modern technologies like Java, SQL, and React to build scalable, user-friendly systems - and participate in strategic work across our TECH department consisting of 45+ Software Engineers and Product Designers. Help shape a product that transforms data into decisions SurveyXact enables organizations across industries to collect, manage, and act on high-quality data through flexible surveys and advanced reporting capabilities. From customer feedback to market insights and research projects, the platform supports the full survey lifecycle, by making it easy to design, distribute, and analyze at scale. Together, we’re building a powerful and reliable product that combines flexibility, performance, and intuitive user experience - helping our users turn data into meaningful decisions and lasting impact. Your role in the product team As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be embedded in our cross-functional product team consisting of software engineers, product designers, and subject matter experts. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing representatives, the team gathers valuable insights and applies them to the product’s development. The product team has high autonomy and influence on the product’s direction and vision. You will collaborate within our agile Scrum team to develop innovative web-based solutions using technologies such as Java, React/TypeScript, GraphQL, SQL, Grafana, Countly, and automated test frameworks like JUnit. Your focus will be on driving technical excellence, contributing to architectural design, technical strategy, and ensuring high-performance products. You will: Collaborate with team members to define and implement product functionality Develop full stack solutions with technologies like Java, React/TypeScript, GraphQL, and SQL Integrate and use monitoring and analytics tools (Grafana, Countly) Utilize automated test frameworks like JUnit for quality assurance Participate in the entire development lifecycle from conception, design, implementation, to deployment and operations Engage in innovative problem solving to meet customer and user needs Contribute to continuous improvement in development practices Be part of a growing, dynamic and passionate community Besides your product team, you’ll engage with a vibrant and skilled community at Ramboll Stakeholder Intelligence. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who: Has relevant education in computer science, software development, or related fields, with several years of experience as a full stack developer Is proficient in technologies such as Java, React/TypeScript, GraphQL, SQL, and familiar with automated testing frameworks (JUnit) and monitoring tools (Grafana, Countly).
