The impact you’ll make When a guest enters our hotel and one of our rooms, their first impression is shaped by the cleanliness and condition of the space. Every detail contributes to an overall experience that reassures guests they are in good hands. Your responsibility & tasks: Linen & Supply Management You will be responsible for the full cycle of linen logistics, which includes refilling, delivering, and collecting linen trolleys from guest floors. Additionally, you’ll handle the unpacking of new deliveries and ensure all stock is organized and stored in its designated areas. Depot Maintenance A key part of the role involves keeping housekeeping, and houseman depots neatly organized and fully stocked. This includes managing bulky inventory like extra beds, duvets, and pillows so they are ready for use. Guest & Staff Support You will act as a vital support link by responding directly to guest requests and assisting housekeeping staff. This typically involves delivering extra items (like pillows or blankets) to rooms promptly. General Upkeep To maintain hotel standards, you will regularly collect and dispose of trash from the guest floors and ensure all storage areas remain clean and orderly. What Can We Offer You?
