Worker for a craft brewery with driving license

Brewery Operator (Full-time) BRØL Brewery – Copenhagen BRØL is an independent brewery in Copenhagen producing beer, soft drinks and other beverages. We are looking for a practical, reliable and hands-on Brewery Operator to join our production team. This is a varied role for someone with around one year of experience in a craft brewery or a similar production environment. You will support all areas of the brewery—from production and packaging to deliveries, maintenance and keeping the brewery running smoothly. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, and likes solving practical problems. Responsibilities Assist with brewing, fermentation and beverage production Packaging, labelling and preparing orders for shipment Carry out local deliveries and collections Cleaning and sanitation of tanks, equipment and production areas (CIP) Perform routine equipment maintenance and identify mechanical issues before they become problems Assist with installation and setup of new equipment when needed Warehouse organisation, stock handling and inventory Maintain production records and quality checks Help keep the brewery clean, organised and operating efficiently Support the team wherever needed as priorities change Requirements Around 1 year of experience in a craft brewery or similar food, beverage or manufacturing environment Practical mechanical aptitude or basic maintenance experience Valid Category B driving licence Good spoken and written English Comfortable with physical work and lifting Structured, reliable and able to work independently Good communicator and team player Curious, eager to learn and willing to take on a wide variety of tasks We offer A full-time position in an independent Copenhagen brewery A varied role with responsibility across many parts of the business Opportunity to develop technical brewing, production and maintenance skills A small, collaborative team where your work has a direct impact Competitive salary based on experience If you're looking for a hands-on role with plenty of variety and enjoy being part of a small team where no two days are the same, we'd like to hear from
