About the Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects from customer brief and concept development through implementation and launch. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial functions, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully and create value for our customers and business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys navigating complexity, creating structure in evolving environments, and building strong relationships across functions to drive results. As our Nutra business continues to develop, you will join an area where some processes and ways of working are still evolving. We therefore seek a project manager who sees opportunities where others see ambiguity and who enjoys helping establish the foundation for efficient project execution and reduced time-to-market. Key Responsibilities • Lead and drive multiple cross-functional development and customer projects simultaneously. • Translate customer briefs and business needs into clear project plans and deliverables. • Coordinate stakeholders across R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, and external partners. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed objectives. • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and drive mitigation activities. • Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across stakeholders. • Contribute to developing and improving project management processes and ways of working. • Support the creation of a strong collaborative project culture where success is achieved together. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. • Several years of project management experience, preferably from manufacturing, consumer health, pharma, life sciences, FMCG, or other regulated industries. • Fluent English & Danish is required. • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
