Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Operations, and Management, as well as external partners, you will ensure our ERP system provides a solid foundation for efficient business processes, high-quality data, and informed decision-making. What you will do You will be responsible for our ERP platform end-to-end, from daily operations to long-term roadmap. You will work closely with finance, operations, service, and management to make sure our ERP setup supports our growth, efficiency, and quality ambitions. Your job is to connect processes, systems, and people so that data flows smoothly through the entire organisation. Key responsible for the core ERP system and area of CWS. Take and steer ERP implementation projects from implementation to operation and optimization Proactively lead the usage of ERP in the organization as a tool to optimize business performance, both in terms of optimizing system functionality and improving user competencies throughout the organization. Setup, execute and manage efficient daily ERP support function in CWS incl. interface to external consultant Managing and continuously developing a superuser organization in CWS which provide user support and coordinate and align on operational and development topics. Responsible for the Masterdata governance in the ERP system, incl. management of the masterdata organisation Steer and manage internal stakeholders in CWS as well as the external ERP consultant Review and coordinate change requests for further optimization of system and processes, including taking lead and finalizing open topics planned for after go live Ensure tight monitoring of costs and ensure firm budget control Follow up and ensure that BC is running and processes followed as intended Ensure that the ERP system is implemented in a structure that secures a consistent and homogeneous foundation for managing and steering the company Key success factors Successfully manage the core ERP system of CWS and secure a stabile operation Understanding business needs and transform into ERP usage Master data is streamlined and governed as part of enhancing transparency Ensure efficient ERP support and superuser organization Manage further ERP optimization incl. current open topics in time and budget Improve and optimize ERP usage and knowledge level throughout the organisation The right candidate should have the will, motivation, and the analytical conception to take this role What you will bring You bring solid experience with ERP management i.e. from a consultancy role or as a specialist and a good understanding of how service-oriented businesses work behind the scenes. You enjoy talking to users, challenging “the way we’ve always done it", and turning feedback into concrete improvements. You can dive into details when needed but still keep the bigger picture in mind. Relevant educational background within IT, Business IT, Information Management, Digital Business Development, ERP systems, Business Administration or similar Minimum 3-5 years of experience and knowledge of ERP systems, incl. processes A very good understanding of data, IT, and Business Intelligence, and experience with working with these areas improving systems, processes, and methods of reporting Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Navision, and PowerBI or similar systems Ideally, experience from a group function/setting - steering of independent subsidiaries. International experience a plus English fluent reading and writing Travel to the future entities outside DK may be required to ensure a firm establishment of the ERP system.
