Din rolle Som Restaurant manager vil en stor del af arbejdet foregå i service med et veltrænet overblik og et særligt fokus på gæsterne. Synlig ledelse er vigtig i vores organisation. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med restaurantens køkken manager og bar manager og facilitere et arbejdsmiljø på tværs af stationer. Jobbet indeholder samtidig daglig ledelse af medarbejdere. De er vores vigtigste aktiv til at få daglig succes. Derudover indeholder rollen vagtplanlægning, at holde budget, samt andre supporterende og administrative opgaver. Your Role As restaurant manager, the majority of your working hours will be in service, with a trained eye and a special focus on the guests. Visible leadership is important in our organisation. You will work closely with the restaurants bar manager and kitchen manager, and you will facilitate a working environment across stations. The job also entails daily management of employees. They are our most important asset in daily success. You will also be responsible for scheduling, keeping budget and other supporting and administrative tasks. We are a busy restaurant, and you should be ready to work at a pace that requires both energy and teamwork. Who Are You?
