The Role The Manager, Commercial Supply Chain Planning plays a key role in coordinating end-to-end product supply activities across Genmab’s global commercial and clinical supply chains. This role is responsible for planning, execution, and oversight of Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) activities, ensuring reliable and compliant product supply to markets including the EU, US, and Japan. Acting as a primary interface with CMOs and cross-functional stakeholders, the position supports both daily operational supply chain activities and the development of a robust, GxP-compliant planning infrastructure. The role operates within a global, regulated environment and contributes directly to supply continuity, operational excellence, and Genmab’s mission to transform patient lives through innovative antibody medicines. You will be joining the Commercial Supply Chain team reporting to Associate Director, Commercial Supply Chain. The team is responsible for Genmab’s global supply chain activities. Key Responsibilities As Manager, Commercial Supply Chain Planning you will be responsible for planning and executing supply chain activities across commercial and clinical programs, ensuring alignment between demand, manufacturing, and distribution. Oversee daily supply chain operations, including order management, replenishment, inventory planning, and forecasting across international markets Coordinate production planning and manufacturing activities for commercial and clinical products (Drug Substance, Drug Product, labeling and packaging) across EU, US, and Japan Act as key interface with CMOs to align on production schedules, execution, and supply priorities Serve as key user of ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), supporting planning, execution, and data integrity Ensure GxP compliance across the supply chain in collaboration with Quality Assurance, including deviation handling, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation Identify and mitigate supply risks to ensure continuity and business resilience Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities through proper documentation and process adherence Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support new product introductions and CMC project activities Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field +6 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or a related function Experience within biotech, pharmaceutical, or other GxP-regulated industries is preferred Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and supply planning tools Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and forecasting (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar tools) Familiarity with global supply chain operations and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) is an advantage Moreover, you meet the following personal requirements: Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Solid written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and planning platform Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of GMP/GDP requirements within regulated supply chains The proposed gross annual base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is: DKK584.000,00---876.000,00 The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
