Drive global transformation and implementation As VP - Global Head of STAR Business Implementation, you will lead the Road Business Implementation of DSV Road’s strategic transport management platform, STAR. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will help drive large-scale transformation across commercial, operational, and systems domains. Your role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and gives you significant influence on how implementations are delivered across countries. You will collaborate with business leaders, Road IT, Product teams, Programme Boards, and local implementation teams while leading the global teams within Business Transformation, Business Support, and STAR Centre of Excellence. More specifically, you will: Lead large-scale implementations across countries and regions while ensuring alignment between business needs and operational execution Drive implementation planning, testing, training, go-live activities, and post-go-live support across the organisation Work closely with Road IT, Product teams, and business stakeholders to secure smooth implementation and adoption Manage implementation risks, stakeholder communication, and progress across multiple transformation tracks Lead and develop the global teams within Business Transformation, Business Support, and STAR Centre of Excellence Øverst på formularen Nederst på formularen Global career opportunities At DSV, you will join a global organisation built on collaboration, ambition, and entrepreneurship.
