As a Purchasing Coordinator and a part of the Protective Wear team, you play a key role in securing that our products are always compliant. You ensure stable processes, high data quality, and effective collaboration across the organization. You will work closely with the Category Manager and Product Manager while ensuring that product data, documentation, and regulatory requirements are managed accurately and consistently. To be successful, you combine a service-minded and proactive approach with a strong attention to detail. You understand that commercial success depends on reliable product information, robust documentation, and regulatory compliance, and you take ownership of ensuring that our products are always supported by accurate, audit-ready documentation. Your key responsibilities will include: Responsible for product creation and maintenance of master data Review of extensive technical documentation ensuring completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Evaluate test reports, laboratory results, and certificates against applicable standards and legal requirements (e.g. MDR, PPE, FCM, REACH, product-specific EN/ISO standards) Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are defined and implemented Follow up with suppliers regarding product questions, etc. Apply a structured and systematic approach to documentation, following internal procedures and regulatory expectations, ensuring reliable and audit-ready outputs What we hope you bring Educational background in administration or similar field is an advantage, but not a requirement Experience in purchasing or compliance is an advantage, but not a requirement Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain structure Detail-oriented, proactive, and takes ownership of tasks Motivated by supporting others, creating structure, and continuous professional development Fluency in both the Danish and English language Your Team, Our Culture and Values Our team consists of dedicated professionals: a Global Category Manager (GCM), a Product Specialist, Global Sourcing Specialist and Purchasing Coordinators.
