The Role As Executive Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to the Senior Vice President of CMC Development & Manufacturing and members of the leadership team, helping them stay organized, prepared, and focused on their priorities. Supporting the SVP, the Vice President of Project & Portfolio Management, and the Vice President of Manufacturing Science & Technology, you will coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and a broad range of day-to-day administrative activities within a growing international organization. Working closely with the Director of Business Operations, you will also support the coordination of leadership activities and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the organization. Working closely with the leadership team, the Executive Assistant network, and colleagues across Enabling Functions, you will help ensure effective coordination, clear communication, and efficient administrative support. In addition to managing complex schedules and meetings, you will contribute ideas to improve administrative processes and support initiatives that help the organization work effectively. You will become part of a growing Executive Assistant community within Technical Operations, working closely with fellow Executive Assistants to share knowledge, support one another, and continuously strengthen the administrative support provided across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships, and becoming a reliable, long-term member of the team. Responsibilities Provide executive support to the Senior Vice President of CMC Development & Manufacturing and members of the leadership team. Proactively manage complex calendars, coordinate appointments, and help balance changing priorities across multiple leaders. Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, onboarding activities, town halls, and other team events, including agendas, logistics, meeting materials, minutes where appropriate, and follow-up on agreed actions. Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, transportation, visa support where applicable, and expense administration. Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documentation to support leaders in their day-to-day activities. Monitor action items and deadlines, helping leaders stay organized and ensuring timely follow-up. Support business processes through activities such as time registration follow-up, reporting, document management, training coordination, and other administrative tasks. Work closely with the Director of Business Operations and colleagues across the organization to support coordination of leadership activities and team initiatives. Identify opportunities to simplify administrative processes and improve day-to-day ways of working. Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across Technical Operations, Enabling Functions, and the Executive Assistant network. Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity. Coordinate activities performed by student workers supporting the department, where applicable. Requirements To succeed in this role, you enjoy creating structure, staying one step ahead, and supporting leaders in a dynamic international environment. You are organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with colleagues across different teams. You also bring: Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives within a complex, international organisation. Experience working within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or another highly regulated industry is strongly preferred. Experience supporting senior leaders while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and administrative activities accurately and efficiently. Experience coordinating leadership meetings and ensuring effective preparation and follow-up. A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented approach. High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information. Experience preparing presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other business documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Concur, or similar platforms. Experience in using Copilot, ChatGTP or other AI tools to help with daily tasks and/or to optimize administrative processes is a benefit. Experience working within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or another highly regulated environment is considered an advantage. Excellent written and spoken English, as this is Genmab's primary business language. The proposed gross annual/hourly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is: DKK440.800,00---661.200,00 The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
