Sustainability is an increasingly important part of how we work with customers, support our sales organization, and meet evolving market and regulatory requirements. As part of the TDC Brands Sustainability team (Group level), you will serve as the primary sustainability business partner for TDC Erhverv, ensuring that ESG priorities and initiatives reflect B2B customer needs, commercial realities, and business goals. What we offer A key role working practically with sustainability and ESG in a commercial setting The opportunity to work closely with sales and business teams A collaborative environment working with colleagues across TDC Brands A role with opportunities for professional development About the role As Sustainability Consultant, you will help integrate sustainability into business decisions, customer engagement, and commercial priorities, translating ESG ambitions into practical solutions and support for the organization. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the primary sustainability business partner for TDC Erhverv Representing TDC Erhverv in sustainability initiatives, governance, and reporting processes at Group level Coordinating the implementation of TDC Erhverv’s ESG initiatives and priorities Supporting sales and customer-facing teams in tenders, RFIs, and customer dialogue Developing and maintaining sales material, presentations, and internal guidelines Contributing to internal and external communication Preparing input for reporting and management updates About you We imagine that you have some experience with sustainability and ESG-related topics and that you are motivated by working closely with the business. We place particular emphasis on the following qualities and qualifications: Proactivity, adaptability, curiosity, and motivation to learn A relevant educational background, preferably a Master's degree Fluency in Danish and English 1-3 years of relevant work experience Experience using PowerPoint Clear and confident communication skills Additional qualifications include: Knowledge/interest in AI Experience working with tenders, RFI processes, or customer requirements About us TDC Brands (formerly Nuuday) is Denmark's largest digital service provider with around 3,000 employees.
