In our globL PPM & R&D Operations Business & Program Support team, you will support a variety of administrative and coordination activities that help the department operate efficiently. From organizing meetings and team events to preparing presentations and maintaining internal communication platforms, you will become an important part of the team while building practical experience in a professional, international environment. This is the first time our team will welcome a Student Worker, giving you the opportunity to help shape the role together with us. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, has an eye for detail, and is eager to learn. You will work approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your study schedule and exam periods. Responsibilities As Student Worker, you will support the PPM & R&D Operations Business & Program Support team by: Providing general administrative support to the team across a variety of day-to-day activities (expense reports, travel arrangement, desk booking, meeting room booking). Coordinating meetings, workshops, team events, and other department activities involving internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining and updating internal communication platforms such as SharePoint and Everyday, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date. Preparing presentations, meeting materials, documentation. Supporting ongoing team initiatives and contributing ideas that help improve administrative processes and ways of working. Working closely with colleagues across the department to help ensure activities run smoothly. Requirements We're looking for someone who enjoys supporting others, takes pride in staying organized, and is eager to learn in a dynamic international environment. Moreover: You are currently enrolled in the second year of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, International Business, Office Management, Event Management, or a related field at a university in Copenhagen. You are comfortable using Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. You communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing. You have strong organizational skills and enjoy coordinating multiple activities at the same time. You are proactive, service-minded, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You are curious, eager to learn, and adaptable when priorities change. Previous experience in an administrative student job is considered an advantage. An interest in AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT, is considered an advantage. Availability per 1 / 15 September 2026. The proposed gross annual/hourly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is: DKK180,00---180,00 The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
