As a Tactical Buyer, you will contribute directly to this mission and help shape a more sustainable future. In this role, responsibilities include: Preparing and issuing RFQs, evaluating supplier offers, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in ERP systems Ensuring high data quality, process compliance and adherence to procurement tools and standards Collaborating closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales to align priorities, support decision-making, and secure on-time deliveries Working in agile, cross-functional teams to improve responsiveness, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement Building and maintaining strong working relationships with Strategic Buyers to support goals related to quality, cost, and supply reliability Supporting international procurement strategies and maintaining alignment with group-level stakeholders We imagine that you Have technical understanding of products and manufacturing within complex engineering environments Bring at least three years of experience in purchasing, production planning, engineering, or a related field Have experience working with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage) Possess foundational negotiation skills and familiarity with RFQ processes Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities Are reliable, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership Thrive in a multicultural and international environments Are fluent in English, both orally and in written Welcome to Procurement Two-Stroke Product Lines Engines (PEBL) You will become part of a diverse team of 27 colleagues working across strategic, project, and tactical procurement.
