About the job As AI Product Owner, you are accountable for delivering value in the AI products to be delivered by your development team. The role is similar to a classic Product Owner but with primary focus on data, model behaviour, risk, agentic workflows and continuous operations. You work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and compliance. You will: Own the AI product, roadmap, backlog, and related KPIs for selected GenAI and ML products. Drive use case driven development (problem experiment learning scaling) and use your insights and business priorities to shape the roadmap. Translate AI opportunities into measurable business value through clear communication and prioritization with stakeholders. Ensure responsible AI and governance by defining and managing “guardrails" with compliance and security. Oversee performance and operations of AI solutions, including monitoring, feedback loops, and incident handling. You will work on high-visibility initiatives, collaborate with highly skilled colleagues, and contribute significantly to delivering solutions that are vital in the shaping of the future TDC NET", says Lars Røhling, Head of AI & Automation in Delivery & Field service in TDC NET. About you You thrive at the intersection of business and technology and are comfortable working in an evolving area. You are not required to be a deep technical specialist, but you understand how AI products work and which choices drive value and manage risk. As a person, you have a positive, initiative-driven attitude, high integrity, and sound business judgement. You are comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions, and considering value, quality, and risk when AI solutions are designed and implemented. You have: Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role with digital or data driven products. A solid understanding of AI at product level, including trade offs such as precision vs. recall, agentic evals, latency vs. quality, and automation level vs. risk. Understanding of ML prediction vs. GenAI reasoning and of training/fine tuning vs. prompt and RAG based approaches. Comfortable working through uncertainty and iterative development. Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to translate AI opportunities into business value for leadership. It is beneficial if you also have: Experience with AI/ML products in production (not only proofs of concept). Experience with workflow automations and agentic setups. Experience with agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe. Familiarity with frameworks and metrics for evaluating AI outputs and model behaviour. Experience with Responsible AI, governance, or compliance in an AI context. A backgroud within, but not limited to, data science, human-centered AI, business and IT or similar.
