As our new Technical Solutions Representative Student Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle significant challenges to make a meaningful impact. This position is a good first step into getting to know our Formalize product and to know more about how organisations organize their compliance. You will join a growing Customer Success department of 35+ people, working closely with a Customer Success Manager to ensure smooth implementation and integration of customer data into our Formalize platform. What you will do Get a deeper understanding of our platform and framework, along with regulations like DORA and NIS2 Migrate existing customer GRC data into the Formalize platform Configure and customise the Formalize platform to individual client specifications e.g. by creating new fields, setting up questionnaires or flows Build and implement customer solutions within governance Map in our platform e.g. qualifying customer risks Manage our support pipeline Provide input and feedback in the form of potential product optimization ideas and feature requests What you bring A structured and detail-oriented mindset Thriving in your workdays looking alike Interest in the compliance field You might be studying within the Business area Able to work 15-20 hours a week (part-time) at our Aarhus office Native in French and professional fluency in English Practicalities Salary: starting at DKK 155 per hour, with the potential to increase as your expertise grows Office location: Frederiksgade 25, 8000 Aarhus C Our salary levels are directly linked to our structured career framework, which includes regular performance reviews.
