On top of this you will support with ad-hoc office tasks. Your main responsibilities: Setting up lunch buffet and cleaning up after lunch Making sure that dishwasher is loaded and emptied Keeping the kitchen and the office in general clean, tidy and well stocked Preparing and tidying meeting rooms before and after meetings Welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude Answering incoming phone calls Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, handling post, and supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day office operations.
