About the role We are looking for an experienced HR Legal advisor to join our People Infrastructure & Workforce Management team as Senior or Lead HR Legal Consultant. The level will be determined during the hiring process based on your professional experience. People Infrastructure & Workforce Management is part of the Global Strategy, People & Organisation team at NNE where we work to ensure that NNE remains an attractive and responsible workplace while preparing the organisation to enter the next phase of our strategic journey. As our Senior or Lead HR Legal Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR, helping navigate complex employment law and employee relations matters in a pragmatic and solution-oriented way. By translating legal requirements into clear guidance and robust processes, you will play a role in ensuring a compliant, attractive, and effective workplace. Location Denmark - Virum Experience 5-10 years Department Strategy, People & Organisation How you might spend your days As a Senior or Lead HR Legal Consultant, you’ll be: Advising leaders and HR colleagues on Danish employment law, collective agreements, company policies and employee relations matters. Managing and supporting complex HR legal cases, including disciplinary matters, dismissals, restructurings, sickness absence and workplace conflicts. Translating legal requirements into clear, practical guidance, templates and processes that strengthen compliant and consistent people practices. Partnering with internal stakeholders and, when relevant, external legal counsel to ensure timely and high-quality handling of HR legal matters. Who you are We care about who you are as a person. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role: A relevant master’s degree, for example in law, business law, HR or another field combined with solid HR legal experience 5-10 years of experience with Danish employment law, preferably from an HR legal, employee relations, legal or consultancy role Solid experience advising on individual employee cases, employment terms, dismissals, restructurings and HR policies Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex legal topics in a clear and actionable way Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English is required for this position to support effective compliance with local regulations and collaboration across NNE Life at NNE NNE is short for Novo Nordisk Engineering.
