From day one, you contribute to the success of the trading team by ensuring operational excellence, precise documentation, and seamless coordination across departments. Your Key Responsibilities Coordinate with traders during fuel deliveries Update and maintain customer, market, and supply data in systems (e.g., NAVISION) Collect invoices, bunker delivery receipts, and ensure accurate documentation Monitor and update market prices, send daily pricing updates, and create overviews Assist with order settlements, contract admin, and data quality checks Support monthly closings in collaboration with the finance team Contribute to projects and ensure compliance with Monjasa’s policies and values Your Profile You have strong proficiency in the Office 365 suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel Knowledge of shipping or trading is an advantage Fluent in written and spoken English Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills Your educational background or professional experience is less important than your motivation to excel in the tasks and your desire to be an active part of our workplace community.
