Tech Nordic Advocates (TNA) is Northern Europe’s largest pan-Nordic and Baltic tech startup ecosystem. We connect founders, investors, corporates and ecosystem builders across Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki - with a strong focus on supporting ambitious female tech founders. We are looking for a part-time intern (unpaid) to join our team in Copenhagen or Aarhus and become part of our Nordic ecosystem. Location: Copenhagen or Aarhus + hybrid flexibility Time commitment: Approx. 10-15 hours per week What you’ll be part of You will work closely with founders, mentors, investors and ecosystem partners. You’ll see how accelerator programmes are run, how founders are selected, how investor conversations happen - and you’ll help make it all run smoothly. You’ll become part of a small, ambitious and international team working across the Nordics. The environment is informal, fast-paced and purpose-driven - and you’ll get real responsibility from day one. Your role Programme & Founder Support Assist with coordination of accelerator and mentoring programmes Support onboarding of founders and mentors Follow up on workshops, pitch sessions and masterclasses Assist with communication and light SoMe Events Support preparation and execution of events and founder sessions Help with guest coordination and practical setup Operations Update internal documents and tools Support meeting coordination and follow-up Assist in light research tasks across the Nordic ecosystem Who you are Curious about startups and entrepreneurship Structured and reliable Comfortable communicating in Danish and English Proactive and not afraid to take initiative Interested in working in an international environment What you get Hands-on experience in the Nordic startup ecosystem Close collaboration with founders and investors Hybrid work flexibility A strong network across Denmark and the Nordics Real responsibility and insight into how accelerators operate This is a great opportunity if you want practical experience in the startup world and to be part of a growing Nordic ecosystem.
