Composhield is looking for several Production Workers for its facility near Hadsten, conveniently located close to the motorway. This is not your typical production job. You will be working with specialised products and materials used in advanced protection solutions – products where precision, quality and attention to detail really matter. You will receive thorough training before working independently with your tasks. Your tasks may include: Assembly and other hands-on production tasks Working with different materials and production processes Using hand tools and production equipment Checking components and finished products to ensure the right quality Following work instructions and documented processes Some positions involve working with epoxy. An epoxy certificate is an advantage, but not a requirement. We are looking for someone who: Is detail-oriented, structured and quality-conscious Enjoys precise, hands-on work Can work independently after training Is comfortable using basic hand tools Can speak and understand English – Danish is not required Previous experience from production, assembly or similar work is an advantage, but your approach to quality, precision and learning is just as important.
