About FLC: At Femern Link Contractors (FLC), we are responsible for designing and constructing the immersed tunnel, portals and ramps on both ends of the tunnel, in Rødbyhavn and Puttgarden. We are also building the facilities for prefabricating tunnel elements as well as accommodation facilities, also known as the “Tunnel village" in Rødbyhavn, which provides housing for FLC workers. About the department: The Reporting & Digital Solutions team is responsible for transforming business data into actionable insights that support operational excellence and strategic decision-making. The department develops and maintains reporting solutions, dashboards and data models that enable stakeholders across the organization to monitor performance, identify trends and make informed decisions. By ensuring data quality, standardization, and continuous improvement, the team serves as a key partner in driving business transparency and efficiency. Main tasks and responsibilities: § Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards in accordance with established reporting standards § Provide KPI analyses, reporting insights and clear summaries of operational performance § Prepare and publish daily reports derived from company-wide reporting solutions § Coordinate and consolidate monthly reports and management presentations in line with agreed deadlines § Connect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability § Monitor data quality, investigate inconsistencies and implement corrective actions where required § Collaborate with operational teams to gather, consolidate and prepare reporting data § Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and drive continuous improvement § Act as a point of contact for reporting topics, user support, and dashboard adoption Qualifications: § Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field with proven experience in the field of data & reporting § Proven experience of 2-3 years in reporting, business intelligence, or a comparable analytical role § Experience in working with Power BI and in working with multiple data sources - other digital solution knowledge is a plus § Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels § Experience in dashboard development, KPI reporting and performance analysis is considered an advantage § Optional knowledge in programming like Python, R or others § Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of deliverables § Commitment to continuous improvement, automation and reporting excellence Conditions: FLC considers transparent management structures, short decision-making channels, and a team-oriented environment to be extremely important. The FLC staff is expected to set themselves targets, achieve them independently, and take responsibility for their actions - irrespective of their position in the company.
