You will lead a team of eight direct reports and have overall responsibility for an organization of approximately 250 employees. You will work closely with the local leadership team and colleagues across Denmark to drive performance, develop people and continuously improve the operation. How you will make an impact As Senior Manager, Warehouse & Outbound, you will lead the Warehouse & Outbound operation at Christiansfeld Dairy and report directly to Brian Hansen. You will join a matrix organisation, working closely with colleagues at other dairies and stakeholders across Supply Chain, Production, Planning, Transport, Quality and Maintenance to drive performance across the organisation. Your key responsibilities include Lead, coach and develop leaders and employees, building an engaged and high-performing organisation. Deliver strong results within safety, service, quality, productivity and cost through clear KPIs and structured follow-up. Drive Lean, Operational Excellence and continuous improvement across the operation. Lead digitalisation, automation and data-driven improvements to strengthen performance. Share best practices and contribute to standardisation and the continuous development of Warehouse & Outbound across Denmark. What will make you successful To succeed in this role, you combine strong people leadership with a proven ability to deliver operational results. You are comfortable leading change, developing people and turning strategy into execution. We imagine the ideal candidate brings Proven leadership experience within Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing or Supply Chain. A strong track record of delivering results through people. Experience with Lean, Operational Excellence and continuous improvement. Experience leading change and implementing new ways of working. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
