This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, construction management, and risk-aware project delivery. You will drive growth, lead complex tenders, shape practical site solutions, and stay close to the realities of on-site execution across wind projects and other construction-intensive industries. This role is highly relevant if you come from construction, modular building, temporary infrastructure or similar industries and are looking to apply your experience in a more commercial and international project environment. About the role As Director, you will play a central role in driving the growth of the Site Solutions business. You will combine strategic responsibility with hands-on involvement in business development, tenders and project setup. You will identify and develop new commercial opportunities across wind projects and adjacent construction-heavy industries where temporary site infrastructure is critical. Acting as a commercial driver and trusted advisor, you will work across the full lifecycle - from early client dialogue and solution shaping to tendering, negotiation and execution oversight. The role requires a strong understanding of construction site dynamics and the ability to translate client needs into practical, value-adding solutions - rather than deep technical specialization. About Site Solutions Site Solutions delivers flexible, turnkey solutions that support safe, efficient and scalable construction site operations. Our offerings include temporary buildings, accommodation, site logistics, workforce setups and infrastructure solutions for construction and project sites. While our core business is within wind projects, we increasingly support other industries where temporary site infrastructure is essential - such as facilities for repair, storage and operational support. You will lead a close-knit and experienced team of nine professionals and work closely with colleagues across New Power Partners, including the current Director who will remain in a key role. What the role offers You will: Lead the strategic growth of the Site Solutions business Develop new opportunities within wind and adjacent construction sectors Drive complex tenders, negotiations and solution development Advise clients on site setup, logistics, execution and delivery risks Oversee project mobilization and ensure practical, efficient delivery Lead and develop a high-performing team What we are looking for We expect you to bring: Strong experience in business development, sales, and tendering A solid background in construction environments, site operations, or temporary infrastructure A good understanding of construction management and project risk The ability to connect commercial strategy with operational execution Leadership experience from teams, projects, or business units Experience from renewables or wind is an advantage, but not a requirement. Ideally, you have a background within engineering, construction or similar - without needing to be a technical specialist. Why join?
