Welding thick plates in vertical and horizontal positions, sometimes also in hard-to-reach places. Working hours and rates: Day shift: Monday to Saturday, from 06:00 to 18:00. Paid hours: For each 12-hour shift you receive payment for 11.5 hours (1 hour total break, including a 30-minute paid break). Overtime payment: From Monday to Thursday, overtime is paid after 7.5 hours of work; on Friday after 7.0 hours of work.
