Your Role: As restaurant manager, the majority of your working hours will be in service, with a trained eye and a special focus on the guests. Visible leadership is important in our organisation. You will work closely with the restaurants bar manager and kitchen manager, and you will facilitate a working environment across stations. The job also entails daily management of employees. They are our most important asset in daily success. You will also, with time, be responsible for scheduling, keeping budget and other supporting and administrative tasks. We are a busy restaurant, and you should be ready to work at a pace that requires both energy and teamwork. Who Are You?
