OT Operations Specialist - Eurowind Energy OT Operations Specialist Reliable OT operations do not happen by themselves. They are built through practical execution, coordination and continuous follow up across systems, assets and projects. We are looking for an OT Operations Specialist who wants to work close to the operational reality of wind, solar and BESS assets and help ensure that OT environments are stable, well documented and consistently operated across technologies and regions. Your role As OT Operations Specialist, you will support and improve OT operations across Eurowind Energy’s portfolio of energy producing and energy storage technologies. You will work hands on with operational activities, support deployments and commissioning, and help ensure that OT procedures, standards and technical setups work as intended in practice. The role sits close to daily operations and projects and combines coordination, troubleshooting and continuous improvement. What you will work on In practice, your work will span both project and operational phases, where you support OT requirements from design and commissioning through handover and steady state operation. Your work will include: Supporting stable and reliable OT environments across wind, solar and BESS assets Maintaining and updating OT procedures, standards and runbooks Supporting operational deployments and commissioning activities Coordinating firmware rollout activities and maintaining rollback procedures Operating and verifying backup and recovery procedures for OT systems and components Maintaining OT asset inventory, system visibility and operational documentation Supporting troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to OT operational issues Contributing to operational improvements and standardisation initiatives Supporting implementation of resilient and standardised OT operational practices across assets and regions Who you will work with You will collaborate closely with colleagues across OT, IT Operations, EPC and Asset Management, as well as with external vendors and integrators during operational activities and improvements. Your profile We are looking for an OT operations profile who enjoys working hands on with systems and processes and contributing to operational stability. Professional competencies Several years of experience within OT operations, industrial automation or technical infrastructure environments Educational background within engineering, industrial automation, IT or equivalent practical experience Good understanding of OT/ICS systems such as SCADA, PLCs, controllers, HMIs and industrial networks Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, IEC 61850, DNP3 or MQTT Experience with firmware lifecycle management and operational deployments Experience with backup and recovery of OT systems and infrastructure Experience with troubleshooting and operational support in distributed environments Understanding of operational resilience and infrastructure standardisation Experience collaborating across OT, IT and operational stakeholders Understanding of IEC 62443 and NIS2 is considered an advantage How you work Hands on and structured, with focus on operational stability Analytical and solution oriented when troubleshooting Comfortable coordinating activities across stakeholders Able to balance operational priorities and technical requirements Self driven and able to take ownership of operational tasks Motivated by continuous improvement and standardisation What we offer You will join a growing OT area in a fast moving renewable energy company, where stable OT operations are critical to delivering green power.
