Commercial Operations Manager - GomSpace GomSpace Commercial Operations Manager Are you a structured commercial professional ready to strengthen governance, insight, and execution across a global organisation? GomSpace is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to support the Chief Commercial Officer and ensure strong commercial discipline across the organisation. Your Role You’ll work closely with the CCO and senior stakeholders, acting as a central coordination role in the commercial organisation. You’ll support commercial governance, executive decision-making, and cross-BU alignment, with a clear focus on transparency, predictability, and scalable ways of working. Your tasks include: Run commercial governance processes, including deal, bid, and opportunity reviews Ensure review readiness, documentation quality, and systematic follow-up across Business Units Act as a coordination point between Sales, Business Units, Operations, Finance, and Legal Prepare executive-ready decision material, reporting, and structured agendas Consolidate and analyse pipeline, forecast, and order intake to highlight risks and opportunities Short- and Long-Term Success In the first 6-12 months, success means: Clear and disciplined commercial governance and review processes Improved transparency and predictability in pipeline and forecast data High-quality decision support for senior leadership Longer term, you’ll take ownership of commercial process maturity and cross-BU alignment. What You Bring You’re a structured and analytical commercial professional who enjoys working close to senior leadership. You likely: Hold a relevant degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar Are confident working with senior stakeholders in complex organisations Understand commercial governance and sales processes Communicate clearly and translate data into actionable insight Thrive on creating structure, clarity, and disciplined execution Who You Are You’re not just an operations specialist - you’re a trusted commercial partner.
