This transformation creates a unique opportunity to join the Executive Management Team as Executive Vice President, Product Supply. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for leading Product Supply, encompassing four key functional areas: Supply Chain, CMC, Production & Warehouse, and Technical Engineering & Facility Management. In close collaboration with the senior leadership team, you will set direction and drive performance and operational excellence across the Product Supply organisation. Key Responsibilities Ensure strategic operations leadership, including effective cross functional collaboration, aligning strategy, operations, and capabilities. Lead global Technical Operations: Ownership of production strategy, end-to-end manufacturing, supply chain and external manufacturing partnerships, ensuring reliable product supply and operational excellence. Drive pharmaceutical and CMC development: Oversee process development, scale-up and technology transfer in close collaboration with R&D and commercial teams to support innovation and lifecycle expansion. Develop scalable operations and supply chain platform: Strengthening resilience, compliance and efficiency while managing contract manufacturers and supporting future growth and potential acquisitions. Oversee engineering, facilities and infrastructure: Lead investment decisions, technology implementation, and the development and expansion of the company’s headquarters and production facilities. Ensure strong governance, compliance and performance: GMP compliance, risk management, sustainability initiatives and financial oversight of operational budgets and investments. Qualifications PhD, MSc, BSc or MBA in Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field Senior leadership experience across the end-to-end pharmaceutical value chain and CMC in an international setting, with a deep understanding of FDA regulations, GMP and industry standards. Track record of setting strategic direction and leading an organisation to secure scalability and readiness for growth. Experience in wide-ranging responsibility across pharmaceutical manufacturing, CMC activities, product development, supply chain integration and the implementation of technological advancements. Financial acumen in budgeting, P&L impact, cost reduction programmes and capex prioritisation. Cross-functional collaborator: Partner effectively with QA, regulatory affairs, commercial teams, and external partners. People and talent development: Build high-performing teams, succession planning and leadership development.
