Live Online About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Technical Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge robotic solutions. You will work at the intersection of Product Management and R&D, ensuring our offerings meet customer needs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong application engineering background who can balance technical feasibility, customer needs, and business value. You will report to our Director of Business Development. Key Responsibilities Product Definition and Validation Define use cases and customer requirements Define high-level product specifications in collaboration with R&D leads Review and approve internal test plans against requirements Own customer-facing test plans Own technical competitive benchmarking Product Development and Delivery Coordinate product delivery planning and roadmap sequencing with R&D management Collaborate with R&D on concept definitions Drive customer validation and feedback loops Review and approve technical documentation and UI designs Product Enablement & Operations Support development of internal product training and sales enablement materials Prioritize bugs and collaborate with development teams on resolution and implementation Requirements 5+ years of experience in robotics and automation Experience working with or within a product team or an R&D team Background in application engineering with hands-on experience in robot programming and on-site system integrations Strong application knowledge in palletizing, CNC machine tending, material handling and machine tending in general Familiarity with product management tools and methods Experience integrating vision and force sensors Why OnRobot You will be a part of an ambitious and fast-moving organization shaping the future of robotics and automation.
