We are currently seeking a Housekeeper - Night Shift (On-Call) to join our team at Kurhotel Skodsborg, a beautiful and historic hotel set in peaceful natural surroundings. The hotel is conveniently located close to train and bus connections, only 20 minutes from Copenhagen City Hall Square. Join our Housekeeping team You will become part of an efficient and dedicated Housekeeping team where service, professionalism, flexibility and personal initiative are key values. We are looking for an experienced and reliable colleague who is passionate about delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment with guest interaction. Your work tasks include: Cleaning and preparing our spa and wellness facilities, swimming pools, restaurant areas, meeting rooms, events venues, and public spaces to the highest standards, following established procedures Ensuring that wellness areas, dining spaces, and public areas are consistently maintained in a clean, welcoming, and presentable condition Cleaning guest and staff areas - both indoors and outdoors Preparing and maintaining cleaning carts and storage areas in an organized and professional manner Reporting defects and maintenance needs promptly to the technical department Delivering professional, discreet and attentive service in line with our 5-star hospitality standards What we offer: An on-call position with shifts scheduled according to operational needs Opportunity for additional shifts and potential for a permanent position A professional workplace that prioritizes quality and employee well-being Attractive employee benefits, including: Spa & Fitness membership, Friends & Family discounts, Discounts in our spa shop, and more A strong team environment focused on creating memorable guest experiences Dedicated and supportive colleagues with high professional standards Salary according to qualifications, holiday allowance, pension scheme and health insurance We expect that you: Have solid housekeeping experience and knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, including in-depth understanding of safety protocols, proper handling of cleaning agents, and correct body mechanics Work in a structured and thorough manner with a strong attention to detail Are flexible and able to stay calm in busy or high-pressure situations Are efficient, energetic and proactive, taking initiative when needed Can meet the hotel’s high standards of quality and service and approach challenges in a solution-oriented way Communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Danish is an advantage We hope you recognize yourself in this description and look forward to receiving your application as soon as possible.
