This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our global operations and commercial performance. As Head of Financial Operations, R2R, you will own and lead Report to Report processes within our global Shared Service Center, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting from data collection to reporting with direct report to Director, Finance Shared Service Center. In this role, you will lead, mentor and support a local team of Finance professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and professional development at our beautiful site in Christianshavn, Copenhagen. Flying Tiger Copenhagen operates with a centralized Finance function based at HQ in Copenhagen, supported by a global Finance Shared Service setup. The HQ Finance Shared Service team is working closely together with the offshore Finance Shared Service Center based in India. In this role, you will collaborate daily with international colleagues and act as a key liaison between the local HQ and offshore team ensuring alignment, quality, and continuous improvement across the Finance Shared Service operations. Your main tasks and responsibilities within the Record to Report area Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. Primary point of contact for the offshore Finance Shared Service Center. Overall responsibility and process ownership of all activities, including standardization and optimization. Coaching and developing team. Participate in finance and accounting-related projects. This is you Great experience from a similar finance role in a larger organization - experience with shared service environments is an advantage. Experienced user in Excel and experience with ERP systems - Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge is an advantage. Strong IFRS knowledge. Structured, detail-oriented and service-minded approach in the work and cooperation with colleagues and stakeholders. Business level proficiency in spoken and written English and Danish.
