Senior Financial Controller - FairWind Skip to content Search FairWind Denmark Location Denmark Job Type Office worker Part time/Full time Full time Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join FairWind and take ownership of the audit and reporting processes across the Group. In this role, you will be responsible for the consolidated accounts of the FairWind Group, as well as entities incorporated in Denmark, ensuring high-quality financial reporting in line with IFRS and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with global stakeholders and play a key role in strengthening financial processes, controls, and reporting standards across our international operations. Your qualifications Proven experience owning the preparation and audit of annual accounts for an international group under IFRS Background in an audit firm with hands-on ownership of audit processes Strong understanding of Danish compliance and tax requirements Fluent in both Danish and English Nice to have Advanced IFRS expertise Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Experience with data warehousing, data models, Power Query and/or Power BI Experience implementing accounting and reporting processes across multiple entities Your Role Own and manage the audit process for the FairWind Group consolidated accounts Ensure timely and high-quality monthly, quarterly (Nasdaq Stockholm), and annual reporting in accordance with IFRS and Danish regulations Act as the main point of contact and relationship manager for Danish auditors Oversee global month-end closing processes across all entities Take full ownership of accounting and tax compliance for Danish entities Further develop finance processes, reporting frameworks, and internal controls across regions Act as custodian of external financial reporting for all subsidiaries What we offer A key role with real impact on global financial reporting and decision-making Opportunity to work in an international, fast-growing organization within the renewable energy sector Close collaboration with senior stakeholders across multiple regions A dynamic and supportive work environment Hybrid working model Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and growth FairWind’s dedicated and skilled onshore and offshore team is ready to help you make your wind turbine project a success.
